HBCUs Abroad

Welcome to HBCUs Abroad! This program offers HBCU student-athletes the chance to explore South Africa, gain valuable professional experience, and immerse themselves in a new culture. Here’s a simple guide to applying for the program:

• Current HBCU student-athlete or Students from any major
• Students interested in cultural exchange and global learning
• Must have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.5 or higher
• Open to undergraduate students, typically sophomores, juniors, and seniors

• Location: Cape Town, South Africa
• Dates: May 24 - June 7, 2025
• Cost: $4,500
• Included: Flights, accommodation, meals, transportation, and insurance
